Please use this tutorial to learn more about Google calendars
http://www.google.com/intl/en/googlecalendar/tour.html
Here are the calendar help files too. If something isn't obvious use the "Help" link - well I guess that's pretty obvious :)

Please leave a comment on this blog for your homework. The topic is open but here are some suggestions - Which application has impressed you the most ? Can you use any of them with your students? If so, what are you planning ?
I've received email from several of you and I have invited you to share our goggle doc. If you haven't emailed me from your google account yet please do so today. My address is marsha dot cruce at gmail dot com. ( BTW this technique is called munging and hopefully it will keep the spam bots at bay . You should google munging and see what you find)
Google has so many things for us to use AND the PRICE IS RIGHT.
The options are all so very easy to use. I'm sure I will use many of the features.

I am not a big fan of blogging, however I can see its usefullness. I really like the google tools, and plan on investigating many more of them even after this workshop is complete. However, I am having a difficult time with the calendar; I cannot seem to make it do the things that I want it to do. I'm looking forward to the workshop tonight.

I am glad Nancy sent the homework e-mail to all of us. I would have never remembered what to do even after I wrote it down! Thank you, Nancy.

Marsha, Thank you for making this simple enough that even I can do it.

Marsha,
Thank you for this workshop. I truly enjoy learning about all of the google tools available. I have been "playing" with my google homepage and personalizing it. There is so much to choose from! Of cours I like the comraderie of the workshop most! I also enjoy exploring the google calendar and completely agree that we should use this type of tool and "save a tree"!
